EXTERIOR PAINT
We call it exterior paint but in truth it really isn’t paint at all. NPA Coatings applies liquid vinyl coating as an outstanding
and long-lasting alternative to paint.
At one time, paint was the only material available to cover the exterior trim and other exposed parts of a home. However, today’s

product that NPA Coatings uses for the application is AM-VI-CO® Liquid Vinyl Siding. AM-VI-CO® Liquid Vinyl Siding was developed
over 35 years ago. It is a vinyl resin that can be applied over wood, stucco, metal, brick or block.
When applied, AM-VI-CO® Liquid Vinyl Siding takes on the natural appearance of the surface to which it is applied, giving it a
permanent, freshly painted look. And because it is vinyl, it offers the same long-lasting durability and low maintenance of traditional
vinyl siding, but without the seams of vinyl siding. It is available in 1,800 colors, providing unlimited choices for the character of your
home. It can even be done in accent colors.
NPA Coatings applies the liquid vinyl in a three-step process. First, the house is power-washed, cleaned and inspected for damage and
for areas in need of caulking. Second, a border coat is applied that ensures a fully prepared surface prior to vinyl application. Third,
the liquid vinyl is installed. It cures to a beautiful, smooth finish that is easy to clean, is durable and does not alter the
architectural appearance of your home. For that reason, the product is approved in ARB communities and historic areas.
In addition, unlike other acrylic based coatings and paints, AM-VI-CO® Liquid Vinyl Siding is a breathable finish, guaranteed to
never blister, crack, peel or flake. A 30-year warranty is issued directly by the manufacturer and can be transferred to a second
