One of the best things about coming home is allowing yourself to relax and enjoy leisure time activities with friends and family.
Knowing that, we sought help from Richard Thompson, known to his friends as “Bubba” at, what else, Bubba’s Custom Pool
Tables.
Bubba crafted a seven foot table that is truly one-of-a-kind. It has wide black walnut rails with 18 diamond sights.
The table is finished in a Danish oil that enhances the beauty of the walnut wood. It the table is ever scratched, it can be easily
restored simply by applying the Danish oil.
The table in the How-to House is just one from a large selection of tables at Bubba’s Custom Pool Tables. No one in East Texas
knows more about pool tables because no one specializes in pool and billiards tables the way Bubba does.
And if the pool table in the How-to House ever requires service, the family can count on Richard “Bubba” Thompson to take
expert care of it.
Bubba’s Custom Pool Tables has a new 650 square foot showroom at 5111 Troup Highway in South Point Plaza. The showroom allows
Bubba to display a variety of his custom-built tables including a custom cedar-log table and a full inventory of billiards accessories.
Bubba offers scheduled service from his new facility and he will disassemble and reassemble tables for customers who are moving.
